本公司生產(chǎn)的真空均質(zhì)乳化機(jī)種類功能多樣化，其中均質(zhì)系統(tǒng)根據(jù)需要可定制上均質(zhì)或下均質(zhì)以及內(nèi)外循環(huán)系統(tǒng)。攪拌系統(tǒng)可分單向攪拌或雙向攪拌，升降系統(tǒng)可分單液壓升降或雙液升降，可根據(jù)用戶的產(chǎn)品性質(zhì)以及需求進(jìn)行定制；

一、設(shè)備主要組成系統(tǒng)：

加熱冷卻夾層鍋、油水相鍋、液壓升降系統(tǒng)、液壓傾倒系統(tǒng)、真空系統(tǒng)、電氣控系統(tǒng)等；

二、設(shè)備特點(diǎn)：

★設(shè)備與物料接觸部份均采用衛(wèi)生級(jí)SUS316L或304，采用鏡面或拉絲拋光工藝；

★均質(zhì)器為我公司自主研發(fā)的兩定一轉(zhuǎn)高剪切均質(zhì)器，其均質(zhì)器相對(duì)以往均質(zhì)器具有雙重剪切功效，均質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)速可達(dá)3200r/min，特殊定制可以達(dá)到6000r/min；適應(yīng)多種物料的均質(zhì)混合；

★鍋體采用三層式結(jié)構(gòu)夾套可蒸汽加熱或電加熱，夾套也可進(jìn)行冷卻。外層隔熱保溫；

★為確保設(shè)備運(yùn)行更穩(wěn)定，電氣元件均采用國際知名品牌，例如電機(jī)采用西門子、ABB。變頻器采用西門子或、施耐德、三菱變頻器、臺(tái)達(dá)；感光度電氣采用施耐德、歐姆龍等；

★The homogenizer is a high-shear homogenizer with two stators and one rotor independently developed by our company,compared with previous homogenizers, the homogenizer has double shearing function,homogenizing speed can reach 3200r/min, and the special customization can reach 6000r/min; it is suitable for the homogeneous mixing of various materials; 

★The pot body adopts three-layer structure jacket which can be heated by steam or electricity, and the jacket can also be cooled. Outer insulation；

★To ensure more stable operation of the equipment, the electrical components are all internationally renowned brands, such as Siemens and ABB for motors. The inverter adopts Siemens, Schneider, Mitsubishi inverter, and Delta; the sensitivity electric adopts Schneider, Omron, etc.
